EAC MBB Cameron Turner Heads to UAA

THATCHER Az.– After nearly a decade at Eastern Arizona College, Cameron Turner is moving on to begin a new chapter in his coaching career.

Turner joined EAC in 2017 as the head coach of the women's basketball program, where he spent five seasons leading and developing the program. In 2022, he transitioned to the men's basketball program, where he continued to invest in student-athletes and build a competitive team over the past four seasons.

Throughout his time at EAC, Turner made a lasting impact on both programs. He was dedicated to the growth of his players on and off the court and played an important role in shaping the culture of EAC basketball.

Turner will now return to Alaska to become the head coach at the NCAA D2 University of Alaska Anchorage, where he previously served as an assistant coach.

Eastern Arizona College thanks Coach Turner for his time, effort, and commitment to the program and wishes him the best in his next opportunity.
