EAC Men's Basketball won this past Saturday by a final of 83-71 over Scottsdale. The win improves the Monsters to 18-10 on the year and 12-8 in conference play.

With two starters out, sophomore guards Taylor Stafford and D'juan Miller paced the Monsters. Stafford finished with a game high 31 points including six 3's. This is the 8th time this season that the reigning ACCAC Freshman of the Year has scored more than 30 points in a game. The explosive Miller finished with nearly another double-double as he scored 24 points and also had 8 assists and 5 rebounds.

Speaking of double-doubles, sophomore forward Jeremiah Harris had a massive double-double in the win with 16 points and 17 rebounds. It is the eighth time this year that Harris has collected double digit rebounds in a night and his fifth double-double of the season.

The Monsters held Scottsdale to only 38% shooting on the day and only 27% from three. EA also won the battle on the glass 47-36.
